We are pleased to announce that the ITSC, in collaboration with ITAC members, has revised the M365 storage policy, which will be implemented on 1 March 2024.
The revised M365 storage policy is designed to minimize the migration workload during staff turnover and strategically plan for reducing storage charges from Microsoft in 2026. This is achieved by carefully adjusting the storage quotas to align with the anticipated needs of staff and students. The goal is to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of storage space.
