ITSC is pleased to announce the soft launch of the Moodle AI Chatbot.
The Moodle AI Chatbot will be a function in the Moodle course page in which enhancing the students’ learning experiences and effectiveness by assisting them on finding information more efficiently by answering questions based on course materials and resources uploaded and providing 24/7 learning support.
In the current phase, we have invited several teaching staff to participate in a pilot run. Feedback gathered during this phase will help us improve the service before its release.
