User Accounts

Your user account allows you to log in to campus computers, eCampus, WiFi, and Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, OneDrive, MS Office).

Important: After your first login, please change your password:

Must be 12 characters or more
Cannot use previous passwords.
Cannot contain your username or full English name.
Must include characters from the following categories:
  • Uppercase letters (A to Z)
  • Lowercase letters (a to z)
  • Numbers (0 to 9) or Special characters (!$#_%)

Software Installation Policy

Software installation is disabled for all staff computers to protect against malicious software. You may request software installation:
