The following Google Apps services are available:

1. Email Service (Gmail)
2. File Sharing Service (Google Drive)
3. Calendaring Service (Google Calendar)

Note: Please access Google services via VPN in China. For detailed instructions of setting up VPN, please refer to the user guides here.

 

You are provided a free e-mail account with unlimited storage supported by Google.

You are also provided unlimited storage space on Google Drive, where you can share files with collaborators.

Calendaring Service (Google Calendar)

You can use Google Calendar to make appointments with other users.  The appointments will be synchronized across your personal devices, including notebooks, mobile phones and tablets.
