Encryption for Office file containing Sensitive Information
Effective from Jan 17, all newly created Office files will be given a Sensitivity Label of “Restricted – Staff only” by default which are encrypted and restricted to staff members access only. You are required to change the setting (via a simple button) if the files should be accessible by others like students or the public.
