Dear Staff and Students,

ITSC will activate a new feature in Outlook to improve our email security.   Starting on 6 October 2023, all emails from outside will have an “External Email Banner”, to help you identify external emails and be cautious when dealing with them.

Important

Internal emails are NOT 100% safe!   As a good practice, avoid clicking any links, downloading attachments, or sharing personal information.  Double check with the sender via other means if possible.

If you receive any suspicious email, please report it to ITSC (Ext. 160, itsc@hsu.edu.hk) immediately.  If you have any questions, please contact ITSC.
