Google Account Service (Legacy)
HSUHK has completed migrate from Google services to Microsoft 365. You may refer to the Migration website:

You can use the following accounts to access HSUHK Google services:

Notes on Google account
- Google Two Factor Authentication is required. You may find the User guide in the bottom of this page.
- Do NOT disclosed or lend your account to others;
- REMEMBER to log out after using the service.
Important – Default username and password for HSUHK Google Account
Staff: Your username and password are provided by HSUHK HRO.
Student: Your username is “s” followed by your 6-digit student ID number and your default password will sent by Registry.
Two Factor Authentication
You are required to enable 2 factor authentication for Google services to enhance your protection against unauthorized access to your information.
In addition you may setup Google Prompt as the authentication method.
